"Ceviche" is the seafood dish originated in Peru typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with chili pepper or other seasonings including chopped onions, salt, and cilantro
INGREDIENTS:
200 grams raw tuna steak
1 red onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
lemon or lime
parsley, spring onion, chili & ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/32 tsp msg (optional)
mayonnaise (optional)
