Charsiu Sauce + Chicken Wings = Mouth Orgasm
By now I would assume most of you guys would know what is Charsiu, the BBQ pork neck you get at Chinese barbeque places and although the Charsiu sauce you get in Asian groceries mimick that taste, it's not exactly the same thing.
But when you're craving for some Charsiu, the bottled sauce is pretty damn good. Now what happens when you pair that up with other proteins and in particular Chicken Wings?
It's really good, trust me and it's so easy to make as well!
Ingredients:
- Charsiu sauce
- Light Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Salt or Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Cracked pepper
- Garlic
