There lordosis curve in cervical spine , if you continuously keep your neck in forward bending position that leads to reduce cervical spine curve is called flat neck
Due to this flat neck flat cervical spine there is press on front part of interertebral disc that leads to cervical disc bulging or herniation or slipped disc mainly on c5 c6 c7 level of cervical spine that leads to impingement of nerve so you have tingling sensation numbness weakness on one or both arm sever neck pain or headache
To get rid of all these problems you need to correct cervical spine posture , for that you have to do some stretches and strengthening exercises
Which muscles you have to strengthen and which muscles you have to stretch ?
In flat neck or C5 C6 C7 slipped disc there is tightness of front neck muscles and Upper back muscles and there is weakness of back side of neck muscles and frot chest muscles
So you need to stretch those tight muscles and strengthen those weak muscles to get rid of all these neck and Cervical Spine problems
