SET UP:
-Set up band as low as possible far enough away from a decline bench so that you have tension at the bottom of the rep and even more at the top of the rep
-Wrap band around dumbbell so that it is secure
-Lie face down on the bench facing away from band attached
-Hold onto bench to keep body stable
HOW TO:
-Picking weight up carefully, you are going to squeeze the weight between your feet
-Starting with straight legs, you are going to drive your hips down into the bench as you curl the weight towards your butt as far as you can
-Control the weight back down to the starting position
