Today I'm sharing very easy and delicious snack which will go best in Ramadan snack platter. Do try out this yummy recipe you will love it.

CREAMY CHICKEN BREAD POCKETS
Ingredients:
1. Bread slices 16 or 1 pack full
2. Egg 1 beaten with little water
3. Bread crumbs as required
4. Oil for frying
5. Oil 1tbsp
6. Onion 1 small sliced
7. Capsicum 1 small thinly sliced
8. Chicken cooked & Shredded 1cup
9. Mayonnaise 1cup full
10. Thick cream 2tbsp
11. Pink Salt 1/2tsp
12. White pepper powder 1/2tsp
13. Ice Berg lettuce as required
14. Olive slices for garnishing
15 ketchup 1tbsp

Method:
1. In a cooking pan add oil and add onion, capsicum and cooked & shredded chicken cook for 5 minutes on low flame and then set aside.
2. Cut the bread into round cutter and dip in beaten egg and coat with crumbs and deep fry on low flame until light golden in color.
3. In a bowl add mayonnaise, cream, ketchup, salt and white pepper powder and mix well add chicken filling in the mayo mixture and mix well creamy chicken filling is ready.
4. Cut the fried bread from the center, separate both sides and place ice berg lettuce on one side and then add filling and topped with sliced olive.
DELICIOUS CREAMY CHICKEN BREAD POCKETS are ready.
