SHIMLA- Although, Shimla traffic police and administration is struggling to manage over-crowding of roads, still there are a few rare policemen who seen performing their duty with dedication.

Of course, VVIP movement is the time when traffic police appears to be trying its best to keep the road clear. For example, during recent visit of India’s Vice-President and President, traffic police was more than active. We guess, the number challans during this period will be higher.
