This video is about how to make Miso Udon Hotpot (Nabe) - this is a warming stew recipe with udon noodles, chicken and vegetables in a red miso and mirin broth. I used red miso in this recipe but you can use white miso as well (I just wanted to try out some red miso I received as a gift). This is a healthy, comforting food in winter and unlike a real stew, it only takes minutes to prepare.
