A great competitive team shooting drill to help your players improve their shooting, get their shots off quicker, and to shoot under pressure. You can make these drills competitive and help your players shoot in game like situations.
DRILL RULES:
- First team to 4-up on the scoreboard wins
- If a team makes a shot they get 1 pt and go "1-up"
- If the team that is down makes a shot they can take a point off the other teams score (example: if the other team is "2-up" and you make a shot, then the other team's score would go down to 1-up)
- We will use 3 spots during the drill - Wing, Corner, and Top. First team to win 2 out of 3 spots is the winner.
- If a team wins all 3 spots, it should double the punishment for the other team at the end of the drill (i.e. double the sprints or pushups)
