the unaffordable real estate market. Real estate prices
surpass the CAN$1 Million for an average property.
It's a serious issue that impoverish the middle class and
poorer citizens. And many vancouverites can't afford to
pay the stratospheric rents for apartments. not enough
affordable houses are built for the residents.
