President Donald Trump argued with Democratic Senate and House leaders Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi in an Oval Office meeting open to the media on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at the White House in Washington, D.C. Schumer and Pelosi both said legislation to keep the government open and provide additional border security could pass both houses of Congress, but Trump said major wall funding was necessary.
