Lebanese lentil soup is delicious and full of flavor. The lemon and sumac give it a nice tart taste.

Sautee-
Chop 1 onion (cubes)
Add leeks
Swiss chard
Celery
1 or 2 cups lentils
Cover in water (4-5 cups)
veggie broth power 1 tbsp, black pepper, sumac 1-2 tablespoons
1 lemon juice
Chunks of lemon
30 minutes
8 cups hot water
1 tbsp butter
1 Tsp avocado oil
1 diced white onion
1 cup kale chopped
1/2 beat leaves chopped
2 tsp veggie broth powder
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp sumac
Add 4 more cups water
