In an Excel pivot table, you can turn the grand totals on or off, but you cannot choose to show the grand total at the top or bottom.
By default, the grand total is at the bottom, and you can't change its position.
In this video you'll see a workaround for this problem, so you can create a new Grand Total, and show it at the top of the pivot table.
Then, hide the existing grand total, so only the top one shows.
