INGREDIENTS
BREAKFAST SANDWICH
4.5 oz extra firm tofu (about 1/3 of the block)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/3 cup non-dairy milk (make sure it isn't flavored or sweetened)
Non-stick spray
1/4 cup vegan cheese
1 handful spinach
3-4 slices vegan turkey or vegan bacon
1 bagel or bread of choice
BLACK BEAN BREAKFAST HASH
1 russet potato
4 creamer potatoes (or 2 russet potatoes)
1 bell pepper
5-6 Shishito peppers (optional)
1/3 onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 can black beans (about 8 oz)
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp vegan mayo (I like the one from Sir Kensington's)
1 lime
