- **Rounds 1 & 2: Dumbbell Drills**
Each round consists of a series of targeted exercises using dumbbells to work multiple muscle groups. Expect a mix of strength-building moves such as squats, lunges, presses, windmills, plank rows etc The goal is to maximize muscle engagement and calorie burn through high-intensity interval training.
- **Round 3: Mobility with Cardio**
After the dumbbell drills, we’ll shift focus to mobility and cardio. This round will feature exercises designed to enhance your flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall cardiovascular health. Expect a combination of dynamic stretches, mobility drills, and light cardio to help your body recover and stay agile.
