So i found this washer on the curb on trash day. I hooked it up to the garden hose and ran it on cold cycle. After a few minutes of washing it stoped and code NF showed up on the display witch means no flow. Through my own trouble shooting I believe that it isnt getting the proper amount of water. I noticed that when the machine first started to fill up there was just more than a trickle of water going in. So through my unscientific testing with the air hose and I found that the air did not pass through on that one valve I do believe that is my issue.

Update: that did fix the issue. Washer works great!
