- They are very lifestyle-focused, which means they have very clear boundaries around what they will and won't do. This is CRITICAL to designing an Agency service offering that doesn't consume your life on behalf of your customers.
- She did her first customer's work to get experience - such a simple solution to getting over that first hurdle that most people don't do.
- She focused on a single niche, which makes all of her marketing and service delivery more effective and efficient...and profitable. 💯
- She has price points that are easy to make stick with small businesses - somewhere in the $300-500/month range.
- She ONLY sells recurring revenue work - no projects!
- Her service is VERY SIMPLE...don't overcomplicate things!

WHO IS MIKE COOCH? 🤔
