What Did Bungie Just Do To THIS Exotic Pulse?! (Slept On!)

When Bungie announced that they were buffing Pulse Rifles, I gave Bad Juju a test to see how it felt before any changes were made. Over a month later, I've finally tried the Exotic again to see if the changes have made the Pulse as good as I thought that it could be. Enjoy!
