Chicken Shashlik is made by marinating the chicken and then assembling the chicken and veggies on shashlik sticks and pan frying them.

Ingredients :
Chicken boneless cubes 250 gm (Murghi)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs (Adrak lehsan paste)
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste (Namak)
Black pepper powder 1 tsp (Kali mirch powder)
Red chili flakes 1 tsp (Kuti lal mirch)
Red chili powder 1 tsp (Lal mirch powder)
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp (Zeera powder)
Vinegar 2 tbs (Sirka)
Chili sauce 2 tbs
Soy sauce 2 tbs
Onion cubes (Pyaaz)
Tomato cubes (Tamatar)
Capsicum cubes (Shimla mirch)
Oil 2-3 tbs (Tail)

Directions :
* In a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, red chili powder, cumin powder, vinegar, chili sauce, soy sauce and mix well.
(Ek bowl me murghi, adrak lehsan paste, namak, kali mirch powder, kuti lal mirch, lal mirch powder, zeera powder, sirka, chili sauce, or soy sauce daal kr mix kren)

* Marinate for 1 hour.

* In a stick add chicken cubes, onion cubes, tomato cubes, capsicum cubes and make shashlik sticks.

* Heat oil.

* Put shashlik sticks and cook on medium slow flame until done from both sides.
