Ethiopia says it has reached its yearly filling target for the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), after weeks of heavy rain.
That is as the government held virtual meetings with its downstream neighbours, promising to continue talks to find a solution to the dispute over the mega-dam project.
