In this video we are going to go over on how you can disassemble an engine due to a suspected rod knock. If you have a rod or main bearing knock, the only way you can get it fixed is to open up the engine and if here are no damages to the crankshaft, or cylinder walls have the crankshaft machined and use new bearing. The machining will be done at a machine shop but if you can do the disassembly yourself, you save a lot of money.
