100 ml of warm water
100 ml of warm milk
1egg whites (keep the yolks for greasing)
0.5 teaspoons of salt
7gr yeast
1 tablespoons of sugar
60 ml of vegetable oil
450-500 grams of flour (you may need a little more)
50 grams of soft butter for greasing the dough
cooking:
Put milk, water, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
Stir until dissolved.
Add egg white, butter and salt, mix.
Add flour little by little and knead for about 5-6 minutes.
The dough will be sticky, grease your hands a little with oil.
Cover it and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Lightly grease the work surface with oil.
Spread the dough and press it with your hands.
Grease half of the butter.
Fold the dough lengthwise to the middle, then brush the ungreased half of the dough with butter, cover it with the other half, and press.
The dough again with your hands.
Brush half of the dough with oil and cover the other half.
Press again with your hands and let it expand.
Cut the dough into strips of 10-12 pieces.
Stretch each strip a little and fold it in half and twist it into a spiral to make pretzels.
Place the loaves on a baking sheet, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Apply the yolk with a brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
