Finally made some delicious homemade Cambodian Sausages Kwa. Enjoy. Recipe coming soon.
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef mixed with fat
1 lbs ground pork
Hog casting
1/2 cup blended galangal
1 clove garlic
red food coloring or red chili pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp seasoning mix for beef
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chicken powder
1/2 cup to 1 cup cooked sticky rice or steam rice
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
Marinate over night in fridge. Make sure to taste before put into casting.
Make sure to not over stuff the casting. Leave outside or in garage for two days to dry. Can also put in oven to dry or use food dehydration.
