Recipe for Turmeric Ginger tea:
Ginger 30gm
Peppercorn 10pcs
Cinnamon 2 gm
Cardamom 1, crushed
Cloves 3-4 pcs
Water 2 cups
Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
Lime juice 3 ml
Honey 1 teaspoon
Wash & crush the ginger or you can slice it as well.
Boil Ginger, peppercorn, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and turmeric in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes on low fire.
Once the ginger and other ingredients flavoured are infused into the water, strain it into a bowl.
Add lime juice and honey.
Mix well.
