Learn in a few simple steps how to make your own echinacea tincture.


Echinacea can tribute to a healthy immune system, something we can use in this time of the corona pandemic.


This tincture contains alchohol and should not be used by children or people with alcohol addiction. Echinacea should not be used by people with an autoimmine disorder. Inform your doctor before taking echinacea when you are pregnant or nursing. Don't use Echinacea longer than a few weeks, since there are not enough studies about long term use.


You can use 15 to 20 drops, 3 times a day. I prefer it in tea for the taste.
