Deepti Bhatnagar visits the southern part of the India i.e. Kerala. Land known for the cultivation of coconuts, spices and ayurvedic medicine. Also famous for boat ride, tropical greenery and the list is endless. Deepti Bhatnagar prepares their local dish called Kerala Fish Curry in its typical authentic style. The karimeen fish specially from Vembanad Lake. To prepare this dish the ingredients are karimeen fish, lime juice, salt water, haldi powder, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, onions, curry leaves, coconut milk, tomatoes, kokum, mustard seeds (raee) meethi seeds and coconut oil.
