Keeping your joints healthy is important. Good joint mobility helps us live pain and injury free especially as we age. Joints are the support system for the muscles. In order to be able to move our muscles at a full range of motion, we need good joint mobility. Here's a short practice that you can do everyday or when you are feeling stiff and tight.
