The Kampala Capital City Authority is in talks with the World Bank and African Development Bank to secure funding to improve Kampala's road network. The talks come at a time when many residents have complained about the poor state of roads, marked by potholes and poor drainage. The Authority is hoping to work on 200 kilometres of road when funding is secured from the development partners.
