► EQUIPMENT: A mini loop resistance band. I’m using a light-to-medium resistance band in this band workout.

►INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 4 Circuits (2 Resistance Band Exercises Per Circuit)
✔️ Timed Intervals (Perform Each Exercise for 30 Seconds of Work, Followed By 15 Seconds of Rest)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Legs
1. Banded Squats
2. Banded Side to Side Shuffle Squats
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Arms
1. Lat Pulldowns
2. Tricep Kickback
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Total Body
1. Single Leg or Staggered Deadlift + Row
2. Push Up + Knee Drive
