Remy Ma is known for keeping it raw, so when she dropped by Joe Budden's "brutally opinionated" show, State of the Culture, she kept that same energy! The Shether rapper applied pressure to Budden for his lack of response to Eminem's diss on Kamikaze.
“Is that because he actually dissed you and you have yet to respond yet ‘cause you mad p**** and you’re scared to death and you know he will flame you if you even try it?” Remy added that Joe won't respond because he "is scared to death of f****** Em."
For reference, Em came for Joe Budden and pretty much the entire rap industry, i.e., MGK, Lil Yachty, Lord Jamar, etc., on "Fall." But as a direct shot to Budden, Em said "he better fasten it, or have his body bag zipped." In true Budden form, the "Pump It Up" rapper delivered his scathing commentary on The Joe Budden Podcast but not in the lyrical form that Remy Ma (and the rest of the hip-hop culture) would have preferred. Nonetheless, Budden slammed Em by saying "you have not said anything for the better part of a whole f****** decade. You have rhymed a bunch of words.”
What do you think of Joe Budden's response? Did he disrespect the culture by not laying his clap back on wax? Stay tuned to hear Da Brat school us on the culture!
