A 60 year old male with palpitations. Spot the findings on the basis of echocardiography clips shown, answer is given after thirty seconds with explanation of findings.
Case 78 : FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS:
Trans-esophageal Echocardiogram is showing a spontaneous echo contrast in LA with thrombus in Left atrial appendage. Pulse wave Doppler is showing diminished velocities in LAA. Normal LAA appearance and velocities are also given in the video for comparison.
