With the most bizarre backdrop of an empty office with the impression of an active newsroom (with exception to the sole person in the far extremes of the picture seemingly working), a screen with the animated logo of the TV programme and one of the many computer monitors turned around to show a photo of Alex Belfield, a news update is given.

Notable is the focus on:-
- The now infamous "Jimmy Savile of trolling" line
- Alex Belfield questioning Vine as to whether he is calling him a paedophile (other press sources hadn't reported this question at all)
- Vine having to face Belfield due to QC illness
