Controlled bee colonies have decreased 45% in the last year alone in the U.S.

Allspice, Apples, Apricots, Avocados, Beans, Beets, Blackberries, Bok Choy, Boysenberries, Brazil Nuts, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Buckwheat, Cabbage, Cactus, Cantaloupe, Caraway, Cardamom, Carrots, Cashews, Cauliflower, Celery, Cherries, Chestnuts, Clover, Coconuts, Coriander, Cranberries, Cucumber, Eggplant, Elderberries, Fennel, Figs, Flax, Guavas, Hazelnuts, Kiwis, Lemons, Limes, Lychee, Macadamia, nuts, Mangos, Mustard, Nectarines, Okra, Onions, Orchids, Palm Oil, Papaya, Passion Fruit, Peas, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Pomegranate, Quince, Raspberries, Rose Hip, Sesame, Squash, Star fruit, Strawberries, Sunflowers, Tangerines, Tamarind, Tomatoes, Turnips, Vanilla, Walnuts and Watermelon
Alfalfa would no longer be available as hay for cattle. Coffee would no longer fill our cups every morning. There would be no cocoa for our favourite chocolate treats. No grapes would exist to produce any wine and no cotton could be grown for blue jeans, furniture or bed sheets.
The decline of bees is due to parasites, climate change, diminishing wildflower habitats and most importantly pesticides.
What can you do? Buy organic, use natural pest remedies, plant bee-friendly flowers around your home and gardens and buy pure local honey.
