Ingredients

Olive oil, for brushing pizza
¼ cup ranch dressing (60ml)
¼ cup buffalo sauce (60ml)
1 ½ cups shredded chicken breast (200g)
⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion, divided (33g)
½ cup fresh diced tomato, seeds removed, divided (60g)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (170g)
Topping
2 Tablespoons ranch dressing
2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce
2 Tablespoons sliced green onions

Instructions

00:14 Preheat oven to 450F (230C).
00:22 Roll out pizza dough into a 12” (30cm) circle and transfer to a pizza pan. Brush lightly all over with olive oil and parbake on pizza pan in center rack of 450F (230C) oven for 8-9 minutes, or until crust just begins to turn a light golden brown.
01:23 In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and buffalo sauce until combined.
02:00 Spread a thin, even layer of ranch and buffalo mixture over pizza crust (about 2 Tablespoons).
02:20 Add the chicken into the bowl with the remaining ranch/buffalo and toss until chicken is coated with the sauce. Scatter chicken evenly over the pizza dough.
03:40 Sprinkle approximately half of the onion and tomato over the chicken. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the pizza, then top with remaining onion and tomato.
