Here's my kitchen hack for peeling garlic quickly and easily.
1. Break apart a head of garlic and toss the cloves in a bowl.
2. Cover all of them with boiling water and leave them alone for at least a minute.
3. Remove from the water and peel the skins off.
Peeling garlic doesn't have to be a pain in the ass if you do things my way.
