It is the most common type of pancreatic cancer
95% of pancreatic cancers are adenocarcinomas.

To identify the worst Pancreatic cancer you need to consider the type and the stage of cancer.

As we know that early stages cancer has the highest survival rates but not in the case of adenocarcinoma.

And the advanced stage has a 3% of survival rate.
