Spatial genomics, a new frontier in the field of molecular biology, ...
The aim of spatial genomics is to assay the genomic information of single cells within their native tissue environment.
Scientists are actually combining single cell and spatial RNA-sequencing, high-throughput microscopy and quantitative image data analysis to generate genomic data at large scale or we can say to enable large-scale spatial genomic studies.
Our target is to use these technologies for building 3D cellular atlases of human tissues and also analysis of tissue samples of hundreds of patients.
