Here is a very quick and simple explanation on how to quickly unlock all the base characters in Super Smash Bros Ultimate on the Nintendo Switch. This is suitable for beginner's and casual players who just want to unlock and play all the characters in the game. Other characters are considered DLC and are part of the Fighter's Pass (Volume 1 & 2) or can be sold individually via the Nintendo eShop in-game purchases. All DLC characters cannot be unlocked in Classic Mode, Smash, or World of Light.
