This zombie online game is a conversion of DayZ to GTA:SA.
This zombie online game is playable by:
1. Download GTA:SA (Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
2. Download MTA [ Ссылка ] (Multi Theft Auto is an open source modification that make GTA:SA playable with 100's of players on one server, this is what you use to connect to this zombie online game)
3. Start up MTA and search for dayz, and double click on the server.
Tah Dah! You can now play DayZ in GTA!!!

[ Ссылка ] is the home of this mod, there you can see the wiki, see news, and go to the forums to see guides, join clans, and just talk or trade. There are also tutorials on the game.
The website says:

San Andreas was hit by a new and presently unknown infection which has wiped out most of the world's population. You are one of the few who have survived and now you must search this new wasteland in order to fight for your life against what is left of the indigenous population, now infected with the disease.

Go Solo, team up with friends or take on the world as you choose your path in this brutal and chilling landscape using whatever means you stumble upon to survive.

When you first sign up and log in, your spawned in a random part of the map by the coast (next to the sea or ocean) and you start off with 2 bandages and 1 painkiller.

In this video I scavenge for food and weapons and other supplies to survive and end up finding wood, a lighter, shotgun ammo, a sawn-off shotgun, a katana, the civilian skin, an upgraded backpack, and many more items!

I kill some zombies to try to get supplies!

Bandages are used to stop bleeding. You bleed by getting attacked. Painkillers are used to stop pain (when your screen shakes from getting hurt). You can get hurt by falling and breaking a limb, or getting attacked.

In the game, there are many weapons and many different kinds of food and supplies to utilize.

You can talk by pushing "/" and typing and hitting "enter".

You can see the leader board by pushing "tab".

The gray box in the top right corner tells you how many zombies you have killed, your blood (health) and your temperature and things like that. Humanity raises when you help other people and lowers when you kill other innocent people. If you kill too many innocents, you become a bandit and are then likely to be hunted by heroes (people with extremely high humanity that are hard to kill)

The green images to the right show many things. The volume image shows how much noise you are making. The eye shows if you are visible (it decreases if you crouch and get behind something) and increases if your running in the open. The mask shows your humanity, red means your a bandit (your skin will change to a bandit) and green shows neutral or a hero. The thermometer shows your temperature, red is bad, green is good. The can shows thirst, the blood drops show your blood. The fork and knife shows hunger.
