Some random voltages and a loopable envelope feeding a dual quantizer to create both the baseline and high melodic arpeggio. The Korg-SQ-1 is just sequencing the drums here, by triggering one shots on the 4MS stereo triggered sampler. Add a bit of delay and you’ve got yourself a nice buildup
