My recipe for Bacon Kimchi Fried Rice is always bomb with a sunny side up egg and the crispy edges of the rice. You're gonna have to follow my instructions to find out for yourself. Ingredients and steps below! Follow along in the video for the execution.

BACON KIMCHI FRIED RICE⤵️
1 pack of bacon (16 oz)
2 cups of kimchi, chopped
6 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup kimchi liquid/ kimchi juice
1/2 cup water
3-5 TBSP gochujang
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds, serving
Chopped scallions, garnish
Shredded seaweed
Fried egg, for serving
1. Cut bacon into small bite size pieces and cook to your desired doneness. Remove bacon and set aside. Remove the bacon fat from pan
2. In the same pan, stir fry your kimchi for 1-3 mins
3. Add cooked rice, kimchi liquid, water and gochujang. Combine well and cook for 3-5 mins
4. Add cooked bacon back in, combine well, turn off ur heat and enjoy.
5. I topped mine with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, shredded seaweed and a fried egg.
