Goan Bangda cutlets is mostly loved in goa. and everybody loves mackerels as well. it is mostly prepared in goan houses. mackerels are also very cheap fish that everybody can afford it very easily. This Bangda cutlets are mostly prepared during family get together and family functions too. It is very easy, yummy and tasty recipe to make with very little ingredients which is very easily available in our home kitchen. with mackerel/ bangda fish we can make many different variety of recipes as well such as Crispy fish fry, fish Curry, fish cutlets, fish recheado and many other delicious recipes. #namitaskitchen
Ingredients:-
4 cleaned mackerel/ bangda ( medium size)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmaric powder
4-5 kokam pieces
For cutlet mixture:-
2 onions ( medium size)
2-3 green chili's
coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 cup gratted coconut
1 tsp turmaric powder
11/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala
temrind pulp
ginger garlic paste
1 egg
salt to taste
semolina/ rawa for coating
cooking oil
