[ Ссылка ] Polihale State Park is a beautiful beach located on the west side of Kauai. This is the last beach before you hit the Nepali Coast. It's really remote, but because of that it hardly ever gets crowded. With over 3 miles of pristine beach, you'll find some amazing views. You need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access the 4.8 miles of dirt and sandy roads to get there, but it is definitely worth it.
As you hit Mile Marker 33, you will see the sign for Polihale State Park pointing to turn left onto the dirt road.
You will cross two small bridges and then arrive at the Monkeypod tree.
This is a large tree that has a sign for Polihale State Park.
There is also a sign for directions to the Queen’s Pond and the Camping/Pavilion areas.
I’m going to show you both areas of this state park and why this is a must visit on your next trip to Kauai.
