Are you struggling with your drips? Too runny? Too thick? Let me show you how I make my drips perfectly every time.
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate
4 oz heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Heat cream until just steaming and pour over chocolate. Let sit 5 minutes then whisk until smooth. Let cool until slightly warm to the touch before piping onto your CHILLED cake.
Do a test drip first to see if the drip sets. If it runs too far your cake might not be cold enough or your ganache is too hot.
