It can help to relieve back pain, reduce the duration of labour, promote relaxation, and improve the efficiency of contractions. It can help with labour by providing support and helping the mother to remain active, encouraging optimal fetal positioning and pelvic mobility.

3. How do I choose the right size of a pregnancy birthing ball? 📏
The right size of a pregnancy birthing ball depends on your height. A ball that is too small or too big may not provide the right level of support or comfort.
We recommend:
up to 5'10" - 65cm ball
above 5'10" - 75cm ball
You can test the size of the ball by sitting on it and ensuring that your feet are flat on the floor with your hips level and slightly higher than your knees.
