Part 2 of the day in the life of series. just random stuff captured on tape from the food forest. Today....
Kids just love peaches. This is why I have to plant at least a peach tree a year. Wait until they are all teenagers! When I say the food forest and gardens save me thousands of dollars per year, thats not an exaggeration.
The we pop on down to the now wild wetland guild where watercress has gone a bit.... bonkers. Rampancy in an edible crop is a good thing. Excess can also always be composted. This is trapped nutrient that would have otherwise left my land.
