⚓️ 🌊 Back when I was a Salty Chef in the U.S. Coast Guard meal planning was critical to ensure my crew was well fed throughout our deployments. If meal planning has taught me anything, it is that you need to write out each meal for the week/month, then create a grocery list for each meal….then make one giant grocery list which shows what you’ll need for the whole week/month. For instance if two recipes call for beans…then you’ll need to add up both portions of beans for your giant grocery list.
