Great ride quality, small weight advantage and a slightly unusual hand position. Saved 207grams on my bike but not enough.
The idiosyncratic shape combines a minimal-length stem (40, 50 or 60mm) extension with a flatter mid-section and a pronounced backsweep through the grip and control portion. This means that, while the centre of each grip sits at the same point in space as it would on a conventional 760mm bar clamp. My steering is 70mm but feels more like you’re running a 50 to 60mm stem.
