The Islamic State has released a video praising the nine men it claims carried out the fatal attacks in Paris last November.
The video also appears to threathen another major city with an attack.

Bruce， aside from being more gruesome propaganda，... what does this video tell us about the Islamic State′s operation？
Hello Daniel. The video appears to show fighters in desert settings in Syria and Iraq.
This is important... because it would indicate the Islamic State trained and sent men to Paris... as opposed to the terrorists taking lead from the group and carrying out the attacks on their own.
According to the New York Times... the video makes it clear the Paris attacks were not just inspired by the Islamic State， but carried out by core members of the group.
The authenticity of the these videos is questionable... although the latest bears the branding of Islamic State′s media center.
Flashpoint Global Partners is an organization that monitors militants′ social media，... and it said the video appears to be the real thing.
One of the attackers in video... says the West can expect the terror to continue.
″... know that the Islamic State has sent you ′hunters′ who thirst for the blood of the disbelievers， hunters who will not hesitate to slaughter you.″
The video also states that ISIS has plans to attack Britain.
It shows images of politicians， including Prime Minister David Cameron， as they authorize military action against the group.
