Mango Graham dessert is popular in the Philippines. It is also called mango float. This recipe is so easy to make. Perfect for all types of season or occasions.
No flour, no eggs, no baking soda and baking powder, and most of all no additional sugar added (just make sure you pick the sweetest mango.)

Ingredients:
1 cup crushed graham cracker
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp soften butter (unsalted)
1 cup mango cubes (or mango puree)
1/4 cup milk (fresh or evap)
1 Tbsp knoxx gelatin powder or 1 sachet
250 ml all purpose cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/3 cup cream cheese (OPTIONAL)
You may also add cream cheese in the recipe!
