I'm gonna go ahead and say this since this video is actually getting views... Enemies in NG+ have WAY more health and deal WAY more damage. Also, I had a LOT of fun with NG+ for this game and for TR1 (still haven't done TR3 NG+ yet) and I'm soooo glad they added it! I'm absolutely loving the Remaster!
